Co-sponsor the Promoting Integrity in Medicare Act

The Promoting Integrity in Medicare Act (H.R. 2143), among other things, seeks to remove physical therapists and other providers from the In-Office Ancillary Services Exception (IOASE). This would mean that physicians could not refer to in-house therapy providers and be paid by Medicare. The lead on the bill, Rep. Speier (CA), is looking for letters of support.
