The PTPN Difference

Rehabilitation therapists who join PTPN will be part of a “different type of rehab network” that stands above the others — an industry leader that patients and payers rely on for integrity, stability and quality.

PTPN differs from other types of networks because we:

  • PTPN does not acquire practices, leaving therapists as independent practitioners.
  • It offers geographic exclusivity, protecting members’ market share for patient flow and referrals from contracts in their communities.
  • PTPN does not pay providers —  instead payers pay members directly. This way there is no additional step slowing the claims payment process.
  • Members quickly begin to derive income and savings from PTPN membership, experiencing on average 8-10 times their dues in additional revenue by their third year of membership.

  • Through our consumer brand, Physiquality, PTPN members have access to a range of cash-pay programs ready to be integrated into their practices. These programs have features available exclusively to PTPN members, including custom content and better pricing.
  • By handling the credentialing process for members, PTPN saves them considerable time and expense of having to perform this function themselves if they were to initiate their own contracts.
In addition to giving me access to patients by being a preferred provider, PTPN is an agent for the private practitioner, with someone in the board room negotiating on our behalf with insurance carriers — and that's very powerful and very important. Otherwise, it would be too difficult for individual practitioners to do regional and statewide marketing on their own.
