Nancy Rothenberg
Nancy Rothenberg is Vice President of PTPN, Inc. She has played a key role in the development of PTPN for the last 15 years as it has expanded from its roots in California to 23 states. As Vice President, she is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, including payer and provider contracting, marketing and sales (both local and national), provider relations, systems, claims
processing, as well as the planning, budgeting and analysis of
overall network performance. She also works closely with the
quality assurance department to implement PTPN’s high quality standards for member criteria and performance.
Rothenberg received a Bachelor of Science degree in Political
Science from California State University, Northridge, in 1983, graduating
summa cum laude. She also attended Duke University’s Institute of Policy Sciences and Public Affairs Graduate Program.
Prior to joining PTPN in 1987, Rothenberg worked for Stroock & Stroock &
Lavan, a

national law firm, handling its marketing and public relations service areas. She also served as the assistant director for
the Coalition for Clean Air, a California nonprofit environmental organization, where she designed and implemented outreach programs and presentations, testified before governmental bodies, educated legislators and regulators, handled media relations, and performed research analysis on various issues.
