PTPN’s regional offices in White Plains, NY and Pittsfield, MA coordinate services for providers, payers and patients throughout the Northeast. Together, PTPN’s New York and New England networks are contracted with most of the area’s major health plans throughout Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island and Vermont.

Meet the Northeast management team
Mary P. Gannon, PT, M.P.A.
Mary has been the Executive Director of PTPN’s New York region since November 1994. Mary and the team in the New York office handle all administrative services and network membership recruitment for the entire Northeast region.
Randy Porter
Randy has served as the Executive Director of the New England region since 1993. He is responsible for payer/MCO marketing and contract negotiation throughout the Northeast.
In addition, two administrative assistants staff the New York office, providing a range of provider relations services. Pamela Etwaroo has been with PTPN since February 1997, and Jessica Rivadeneira joined the staff in February 2000. Both are very knowledgeable of PTPN functions and processes, including claims resolution. More often than not, they are your first line of contact when calling PTPN and will be able to answer your questions.
