PTPN’s regional office in Blairsville, PA coordinates services for providers, payers and patients throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland, West Virginia and New Jersey. These networks, made up of the states’ premier independent rehabilitation therapists, are contracted with most of the areas’ major health plans and employers.

Meet the Maryland management team

Barbara Barger, Executive Director barger@ptpnofpa.com Barbara has been the Executive Director since 2001. Prior to that, she served as an administrator for PTPN beginning in 1998. As Executive Director, she is responsible for day-to-day operations, including provider relations, claims processing and budgeting. She also plays a key role in the quality assurance and credentialing activities for the region, which ensures that the network continues to maintain its high standards. Renae Billow, Contracting & Network Development billow@ptpnofpa.com Renae has been with PTPN since 2005. She works closely with new member clinics to ensure they are maximizing the benefits of PTPN membership. Renae also monitors payer contracts and acts as a liaison between the clinic and the payer. She also services existing member offices with credentialing and provider relation issues. Contact Renae with all new provider and contractor inquiries. |
Suzy Byers, Administrative Assistant
Suzy joined PTPN in 2009. She is responsible for the data entry of all claims from member clinics, as well as credentialing paperwork.
