Meet the Louisiana/Mississippi management team

Kim Bueche Hardman, Executive Director
Kim has played a key role in the development of PTPN since 1992, as it has expanded from 42 clinics in Louisiana in 1992 to nearly 100 clinics in Louisiana and Mississippi today. As Executive Director, she is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the region, including payer and provider contracting; marketing and sales; provider relations; claims processing; and planning, budgeting and analysis of overall network performance. She also works closely with the Quality Assurance and Credentialing departments to implement PTPN’s high quality standards for membership criteria and performance.

Wanda Guadamud, Administrative Assistant/Quality Assurance Coordinator
Wanda works closely with member clinics and contractors regarding credentialing and provider relations issues. She also coordinates the administrative work for the ongoing Quality Assurance and chart review programs. She has been the region’s Administrative Assistant since 1996 and expanded her responsibilities in 2002 to coordinate the Quality Assurance Program. In addition to these roles, she oversees systems programming for PTPN.

Rhonda Dykes, Claims Manager
Rhonda is responsible for all claims data entry from member clinics for all claims that relate to PTPN contracts. She has been in this position since 2001.

Melanie Long, Credentialing Representative
Melanie is responsible for site surveys of all member clinics in accordance with recredentialing guidelines and timeframes. She has been in this position since 2002.
