Welcome to the Great Lakes Region of PTPN, covering the states of Michigan and Ohio with nearly 90 approved and credentialed independent therapist-owned provider locations. Great Lakes PTPN providers demonstrate the highest level of clinical expertise, ethics, standards and commitment to delivering the highest level of treatment and service to patients, payers and referral sources. The Great Lakes PTPN Board of Directors is very active with advocacy initiatives for the betterment of the profession and the physical therapist owner in private practice.
The PTPN Great Lakes Regional Administrative Office in Blairsville, PA coordinates services for our network providers, payers and patients throughout Michigan and Ohio. Our network is contracted with most of the area’s major health plans, as well as workers’ compensation carriers, TPAs and employer groups.
